Enrollment Confirmation

Once you’ve been accepted by Ball State, you must finalize your college choice by returning the Enrollment Confirmation Form (PDF) included in your admission packet, along with your $100 nonrefundable enrollment deposit. This deposit will be applied to your first-semester fees. By submitting the form and deposit, you formally accept Ball State’s offer of admission and secure your place in the freshman class.

The priority deadline for returning the Enrollment Confirmation Form is May 1 (for fall semester entry). If you have misplaced your form, you may download a copy (PDF) or request a duplicate from the Office of Admissions at 800-482-4BSU or 765-285-8300.

After you have confirmed your enrollment at Ball State, you will receive a housing and dining contract and an invitation to Orientation. These mailings begin in March.
