Steps to Confirm Your Enrollment Online

You’ll need activate your account for MyBSU, which our students, faculty, and staff use for important university business, such as accepting financial aid, signing up for housing, registering for Orientation and classes, and paying fees.

To set up MyBSU:

  • Find your Ball State ID number in your admission packet.
  • Contact the Technology HelpDesk. (The HelpDesk can also help with username and password problems or you may learn more online.)

Once you’ve set up your MyBSU account, you will need to log in to confirm your enrollment.

  • Log into MyBSU (see below).
  • Select the “Self-Service Banner” button at the top.

Also, you will need to pay a $100 nonrefundable enrollment deposit, which the university will apply to your first-semester fees.

Deadlines

We are still accepting enrollment confirmations for Fall 2018.

If you plan to begin at Ball State during the Spring 2019 or Summer 2019 semesters, please confirm your enrollment by the priority deadlines below:

  • Spring 2019 – Dec. 1
  • Summer 2019 – April 1
