Summer Semester Orientation

Summer semester orientation for freshman transfer students is a one-day program. After you return your Enrollment Confirmation Form and enrollment fee to Ball State, you will receive an invitation to Orientation around the middle of March. Registering is easy.

1. Register for Orientation online using the registration information provided in your invitation letter.  You can choose your Orientation date only once; if you need to change your date, please call our office.
2. During the online registration, you will also register family members who will be attending.
3. Check into local lodging options if you and your family need overnight housing.

Orientation Fees

A matriculation fee of $40 will be added to your first-semester Ball State bursar statement. Payment is not due at this time.
