Image head shot of Janet Arias MartinezBall State alumna Janet Arias-Martinez will be sharing on her career experiences with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, working in the non-profit outreach field, and on the unexpected opportunities that led her down the path to her current career. She will show current students how to recognize opportunities beyond those in academia that exist for people with training in the humanities and also how they may help fill the pressing need for public service and community organizing.

7:30 a.m.
Every spring semester, approximately 100 employers attend Teacher Job Fair, a great event that will enable you to network and interview with a variety of school systems. Many students obtain full-time jobs after attending Teacher Job Fair. This event offers education majors an opportunity to collect information from school corporations, distribute résumés, network with professionals, and interview with potential employers.
