The Miller College of Business hosts Scott McCorkle, President, Technology and Strategy for ExactTarget as an Executive in Residence where he will also give a public lecture as part its Distinguished Lecture Series. Mr. McCorkle will present "The Internet Revolution: You Haven't Seen Anything Yet!" where he will discuss the most significant phase of the internet revolution that’s happening right now. A question and answer session will follow his presentation. Credit toward the Miller College of Business Advanced Professionalism Certificate will be given.

About Scott McCorkle

Scott is responsible for ExactTarget's product, technology, and services, where he ensures that customers have everything they need to run successful marketing campaigns. Prior to ExactTarget, Scott co-founded Mezzia, Inc., a company that provided on-demand software to manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital spending and project-based initiatives. Scott also served as Vice President of IBM's customer relationship management (CRM) product group and as a Vice President and General Manager for Software Artistry, a company acquired by IBM.

Scott began his career at BorgWarner Automotive's Technology Research Center developing computer vision-guided robotic systems and then spent several years at Eli Lilly and Company's Lilly Research Laboratories. Scott earned his undergraduate degree in computer science from Ball State University and his MBA from Indiana University.
