Internationally acclaimed soprano Nova Thomas has appeared at opera houses around the globe including those in Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Paris, London, Dublin, Belfast, Mexico City, and Hong Kong. In the U.S. she has performed with the opera companies of New York City, Philadelphia, Santa Fe, Seattle, Baltimore, Detroit, San Diego, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Louisville, Houston, Memphis, Nashville, Costa Mesa, and New Jersey, among many others. Concert engagements have included performances with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Thomas is currently Associate Professor of Voice and Opera at the renowned Westminster Choir College, and Professor of Professional Practice at The New School University. In addition, Ms. Thomas is a teaching-artist at Le Chiavi di Bel Canto (in residence at the University of Houston), and the CoOPERAtive (in residence at Westminster Choir College). She is a co-author, with Dr. James Jordan, of Towards Center and The Musician's Breath.
