Jeffrey Snedeker is professor of horn and associate chair of the music department at Central Washington University (CWU), where he teaches horn, music history, and brass literature and pedagogy. An accomplished teacher, Jeffrey was the recipient of the 2006 CWU Faculty Member of the Year, and the 2012 Washington Music Educators Association Higher Education Music Educator of the Year.

Dr. Snedeker is an accomplished performer and is principal horn of the Yakima Symphony. He has performed all over the United States, a well as in Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland, Finland, Taiwan, South Africa, and Australia. In addition, he has led the CWU Horn Ensemble in numerous appearances at International Horn Society workshops.
