Timothy McAllister is an internationally-acclaimed soloist, soprano saxophonist of the renowned PRISM Quartet, and Associate Professor of Saxophone at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre and Dance. Since his solo debut at age sixteen with the Houston Civic Symphony, his career has taken him throughout the United States and around the world garnering prizes at many prestigious national and international competitions, with solo performances in some of the world's leading venues and concert halls. As a soloist, McAllister has premiered over 150 new works by today’s most eminent and emerging composers.
