The public library has emerged as an organization that pursues new technology while providing educational and literacy based learning opportunities for the community. Library management challenges include finding common ground, envisioning the future and establishing a prime directive while boldly embracing challenges and changes.
Ginny Nilles was born in Muncie, attended Burris grades K-12 and graduated from American University with a degree in English Literature. and a minor in History. After working for several years she then pursued her MLS at University of Michigan. She has worked in both academic and public libraries for over 40 years. As a result she has an excellent grasp of the field and where public libraries are headed.
