Lil BoosieThe streets always speak first. They acknowledge the hustle, revere the grind, and give legends a platform. Boosie first emerged from the underground in 1997 under the moniker Lil' Boosie, and he never lost sight of those same streets. During a veritable hot streak, the Louisiana MC unleashed game-changers alongside Webbie like Ghetto Stories in 2003 and Gangsta Musik the following year, culminating with the Top 10 breakthrough Superbad: The Return of Boosie in 2009. However, 2010 saw him go to prison for 52 months at Angola Louisiana State Penitentiary. Recorded and released his fifth album Incarcerated truly touched the hearts of fans everywhere. That's the moment he saw the vision for his long-awaited 2015 opus, Touch Down 2 Cause Hell [Trill Entertainment/Atlantic Records].
