Jennifer Siebel Newsom, a filmmaker and an advocate for women, will be speaking as the 18th installment of The David Letterman Distinguished Professional Lecture and Workshop Series. She was the writer, director, and producer of the film Miss Representation, the award-winning documentary that examines how the misrepresentation of women in the media contributes to an under-representation of women in positions of power.
