Woods will share his development in Landscape Architecture, revisiting lessons learned at CAP, professional firm experiences, and continued practice at CRJA, his current firm. Through experiences and memory of place, space, and time, creative thinkers and designers often develop a "comfort palette" from which we choose to draw from in the process of design. The translation of select items from this palette, overlaid with context and program, yield expression of a concept through the iterative (repetition) process. In this light, Woods plans to share imagery from many projects, most of which are from his position as lead designer/project manager. This lecture has been approved for 1 CEU from both AIA and LA/CES.
