Reimagining MaryThe challenge presented by a well-known story is that as people mature and experience different trials, achievements, and losses, what was once a clear-cut tale may now unfold into a more complex and layered narrative. Inspired by the classic film, Ball State Dance Theatre will present a fresh take on a treasured story. It will no doubt be a "jolly holiday" for performers and audience alike as the "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" adventure is told through dance and interpretive movement.

The Wright Brothers, Oville and Wilbur Wright, spent much of their early years in Richmond Indiana and are credited with inventing and flying the world's first successful airplane. Dawne E. Dewey, Special Collections Librarian at Wright State University, will explain how their legacy of aeronautics spread to impact every corner of the world.
