Ashley Boester-Dean is a staff therapist. She earned her MA in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago in 2005 and is completing her doctorate at Ball State University. She completed her internship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Counseling Center. Her professional interests include sexual assault awareness and prevention, trauma, intimate partner violence, social justice issues, multicultural counseling, feminist empowerment, mindfulness practice, and LGBTQ issues. She works from an interpersonal, feminist, and cognitive-behavioral framework. She also has interests in supervision, training, and mentoring.
