Fraternity men can consider living in the house beginning their sophomore year. All fraternity houses are owned by alumni volunteers who manage and oversee the buildings.

Fraternity houses differ from chapter to chapter. Some fraternities offer a meal plan, require members to live in the house for specific amount of time houses and the costs vary. Make sure you ask questions about the housing requirements prior to making plans to live somewhere else.
