Fraternity men can consider living in a house beginning their sophomore year. All fraternity houses are owned by alumni volunteers who manage and oversee the buildings.

Fraternity houses differ from chapter to chapter. Some fraternities offer a meal plan or require members to live in the house for a specific amount of time. Houses and costs vary. Make sure you ask questions about the housing requirements prior to making plans to live somewhere else.
