Sorority Housing
Members of Alpha Gamma Delta, Phi Mu and Sigma Kappa have lived in university-owned alcohol-free houses on Riverside Avenue since January 2008. Kappa Delta moved into a house in January 2009. Sorority houses didn’t exist before then.
The sororities will live in the houses until a final decision is made about the future of sorority housing at Ball State. The ultimate goal is to create a long range plan that is suitable to all Panhellenic sororities at Ball State.
The 2011-2012 cost of living in the sorority houses ranges from $6,000 to $6,400.00 per year depending on the amenities included. In addition, all women residing in the houses are required to purchase a university meal plan.
