The Vice President of Public Relations for the Interfraternity Council (IFC), I am responsible for educating the IFC Executive Council and the IFC fraternities on the use of effective public relations and image techniques. This includes but is not limited to: checking chapter websites and social media sites, working with the Vice President of Recruitment for IFC to develop recruitment publications and materials, work with the Office of Student Life to update and maintain the IFC website and social media accounts. The Vice President of Public Relations for IFC is also responsible for working with the Office of Student Life, the Panhellenic Council, and the National Pan-Hellenic Council for maintaining a comprehensive marketing plan for the Greek Community.      

Goals: To educate individual chapters on efficient public relations tactics and encourage a larger social media presence through regular and positive marketing. To encourage posting/re-posting positive events and services on- and off-campus to build our individual chapters and overall Greek unity message.
