Fees

The Ball State Employee QuickClinic offers affordable care. No coinsurance or deductible is required for employees, their families or retirees under the age of 65 who use the Ball State Employee QuickClinic and have the Ball State low deductible or high deductible wellness option PPO as their primary health plan. 

All employees, spouses and dependents who are covered under the HSA plan are also encouraged to visit the clinic and your insurance will be billed. No payment is required at the time of service.
