Physical Therapy

The physical therapy unit is located in the basement of the Ball State University Student Health Center.  Physical therapy services are funded by the health center fee.  Students who have paid the health center fee are eligible for physical therapy services as well.  Enrolled students who have not paid the health center fee may receive physical therapy services on a fee for service basis. 

The physical therapy department sees students on an appointment basis.  In order to schedule an appointment, students must have a referral from a health care provider such as a physician, nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. To schedule an appointment call 765-285-1106.

The physical therapy unit is administered by IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Rehabilitation Services.
