Emergency Contraception

Emergency contraception is available through the Women's Center and the health center pharmacy.  Plan B is the most commonly prescribed emergency contraception in our clinic.  It is approved by the FDA for use up to 72 hours after an act of unprotected intercourse.  Plan B is currently available in Indiana without a prescription, but we strongly encourage anyone requesting Plan B to come to the Women's Center to talk to a staff member.  Our goal is to help students decide if they really need Plan B, and to help them avoid needing it again in the future.
