The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is a premier leadership honor society at Ball State for sophomores and freshmen whose goal as a national organization is to “build leaders who make a better world.” Through our chapter of NSLS, members take steps towards induction that focus on core leadership skills which help members discover and achieve their goals.

NSLS meets one Tuesday every month at 7 p.m. during the academic year in the Park Hall multipurpose room. Students must activate their membership to the NSLS Ball State University chapter by visiting and entering Ball State’s institution code: 18440-241-12837. There is a one-time membership fee to join.

Students may send email to NSLS at or connect with us via Benny Link, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and our national website. You may also contact our executive board members directly to learn more about NSLS and their roles in the organization.
