Violence/Physical Assault - Student Code 5.1.3 Threat/Physical Assault

Any physical altercation or conduct that threatens or endangers the health or safety of another person will be construed as violence. This would include but is not limited to fighting, scratching, slapping, wrestling, biting, assault, and rape.
