Our mission statement at Housing and Residence Life includes providing students with comfortable living and learning environments. Although we follow a detailed maintenance program to keep our residence halls and apartments in good working order, sometimes student furniture or items like windows or doors in the buidings need on-site repair.
Our online room repair request system allows you to quickly and easily report non-emergency maintenance problems any time of the day or night. This system also allows you to check the status of your request online and receive e-mail messages when the status has been changed. See the Frequently Asked Questions for quick answers and helpful hints on using the software program. (Note: If you have disabled the pop-up window on your Internet browser, you will need to enable this feature to use the maintenance request software.)
To report an Internet service issue for wired or wireless please contact the HelpDesk at 765-285-1517 or submit a HelpDesk ticket online.
If your request is an emergency (i.e. flood, serious injury scene) please contact your hall desk or residence hall director. Otherwise, submit your request online or call 765-285-2333 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
