MOSAIC is operated by Peer
Advocate Leaders (PALs) who are student staff members committed to supporting undergraduate
students at Ball State University discover ways to embrace diversity, build
inclusive communities, and become social change agents.
PALs are available to
facilitate workshops for student organizations and undergraduate courses on
campus, as well as consult with student leaders about organizational issues
related to diversity and social justice.
To schedule a workshop or presentation by a Peer Advocate Leader, fill
out the on-line workshop request form at
least 2 weeks in advance. Workshops range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
To schedule a consultation meeting with a Peer Advocate Leader, send an email
to MOSAIC or stop by
the Multicultural Center to set up an appointment.
