Heritage Film Series
If you like movies that highlight historical and social perspectives, you will enjoy our Heritage Film Series. The series is held at 7 p.m. every last Wednesday of the month in
Pruis Hall.
We feature films that correspond to heritage months and current events. We’ve shown films such
My Home—Your War, a documentary that looks at the effect of the war in Iraq through the eyes of an ordinary Iraqi woman.
We welcome any
suggestions on movies from students and faculty. The
Multicultural Center Advisory Board also works closely with us in assessing student needs and wants for the series.
Some of the featured movies were purchased to allow students, faculty, or staff to borrow them for educational purposes.
The next movie in the Heritage Film Series will be shown Wednesday, September 28, at 7:00 p.m. in Pruis Hall. Join us as we watch: "Which Way Home."
