In the Fall Semester, the Multicultural Center co-sponsors the Amazing Taste Global Fair and I-Fest with Ball State Dining and the Rinker Center for International Programs. This event showcases food and cultural activities from around the world and celebrates the contributions of our international students, faculty and staff to the Ball State University and Muncie Community.

Each Spring Semester, the center partners with the Office of Institutional Diversity to host a keynote speaker to honor the contributions of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. the topics and speakers selected are renowned nationally and can advance community discussion about the ideals and values of Martin Luther King, Jr. The center also coordinated activities with the Muncie Community including a community breakfast, youth enrichment activities, a commemorative march, and a prayer service.
