Fall Activity Fair: The Fall Activity Fair will take place on Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Student Recreation & Wellness Center. If your recognized student organization is interested in signing up for a table or learning more details about the Fair, go to Fall Activity Fair.
Student Life Officer Training: The Office of Student Life is proud to offer the final session of the Student Leadership Development Series. This ongoing training and development series is open to all student leaders in registered student organizations. Titled “The Role Recognition Plays,” this session will help you keep your members engaged through the end of the year. Sign up now to attend this workshop!

Publicizing Your Events: To submit your student organization's events for posting on the Student Organizations page of the Communication Center and inclusion on the next edition of the Events This Week E-mail, use the Events This Week E-mail Submission Form. Or you can Submit Your Organization's Event for posting on the Ball State University Calendar.
Student Government Association Co-Sponsorship for 2012-2013: A recognized student organization can apply to SGA for co-sponsorship funds to be used towards specific events. To learn more about the co-sponsorship, visit SGA Event Co-sponsorship.
Student Organization Roster Submission: You may submit your organization roster in one of two ways: 1. Complete this form or 2. Email a Word, Excel or PDF document that contains a list of current student organization members (including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Advisor) to Student Life.
Awards for Student Organizations: The Student Organization Award Reception (SOAR) was established through the Office of Student Life as a way to recognize outstanding leadership, service, and commitment to Ball State University. The awards will be presented to students, organizations, and advisors who represent positive contributions to the University. All applications are due Thursday, March 28, 2013 by 5:00 p.m.
