How do I reserve a room?
The Student Center offers a variety of rooms and room set-ups for you to host your events and meetings. For student organizations, meeting rooms are free to use, you simply need to fill out an online request form or come to Student Center room 224 to pick up, fill out, and turn in a request form. To reserve a room in the L.A. Pittenger Student Center, complete the Student Center Reservation Form.
To reserve a classroom or other on-campus location (other than sport-related areas) such as Emens Auditorium or Pruis Hall, visit Student Center Room 224 or email the Reservations Office.
To reserve sport-related areas such as Ball Gym, Field & Sports Building, and Lafollette field, complete the Sports Facilities Space Request Form.
How do I plan a 5K run/walk?
To plan any type of race or fun run on campus, you must submit the 5K Run/Walk Request Form.
How do I reserve a BSU bus or transportation for my organization?

To obtain a BSU Email, please complete the Student Organization Username Request Form.
How do I open a Ball State financial account for my organization?
To open a Ball State financial account for my organization, please complete the Student Organization Financial Account Form.
What do I need to do if my group wants to have an Expressive Activity on campus, like a vigil, march, assembly or demonstration?
To host an expressive activity for more than 50 people on campus grounds, you must submit the Expressive Activities Request Form.
Can my organization send an email announcement to all students?
To have an announcement sent through the Communication Center about your student organization's program or event, complete the Communication Center Request Form by 5:00pm on Friday, the week before your event.
When can I sign up for the Fall Activity Fair?
Recognized student organizations can sign up for the Fall 2018 Activity Fair online beginning April 2018. Check back here for the link to be added in April.
