Co-sponsorship for Fall 2017-Spring 2018: If your student organization is considering applying for funds for this academic year, be sure to review the SGA Guidelines for Co-Sponsorship. Apply for SGA co-sponsorship by completing the Co-Sponsorship Application.
If your event is co-sponsored by SGA, a Wrap-Up Report will need to be submitted after the event. Organizations will not be considered for additional event co-sponsorship until a report for the prior event has been received by the SGA Treasurer.
Co-sponsorship for Collaborating Student Organizations for Spring 2018: If your student organization will be collaborating with another student organization to host an event which will promote unity and diversity on campus, consider applying for SGA collaboration funds! Review the SGA Guidelines for Collaboration Funds, then complete the Collaboration Fund Application.
Small Organization Co-sponsorship Fall 2017-Spring 2018: Student organizations with less than 30 members are eligible to apply for Small Organization Funding. Funds can be used toward event co-sponsorship or start-up costs for the organization. If your student organization is considering applying for funds for this academic year, be sure to review the SGA Guidelines for Small Organizations. Leadership Funds for Conference Registration Fees in Fall 2017-Spring 2018: Graduate and undergraduate attending a leadership conference have the opportunity to apply for assistance with conference registration fees. Review the Leadership Fund Guidelines and complete the Leadership Fund Application below:
If you receive funding for conference registration fees, you will be required to give a brief presentation after the conference at an SGA Senate meeting.
