Student Organizations

Finding a student organization to get involved with has never been easier! You can now take advantage of an enhanced Pride Guide with listings of recognized student organizations. The student organizations are categorized by type, department, or alphabetical listing, and you can easily navigate from organization to organization. In addition to organization descriptions, you can now find out more details about an organization including membership size, special programs or activities, current Web site, and organization contact information. Student Organization Handbook 2012-2013


All-Campus Organizations
Represent Ball State in public, organize student and campus events, and develop leadership skills in these organizations that serve the greater university community.

Department and Professional Organizations
Experience the work world before graduation. These groups often take part in professional conferences and network with top business leaders.

Greek Organizations
Ball State has more than 25 Greek fraternities and sororities involved in leadership, scholarship, and service activities.

Honorary and Professional Fraternities and Sororities
The groups promote academic excellence and scholarship. Membership often requires a minimum grade point average or academic standing.

Multicultural Organizations
Find the support and friendship of other students who share your rich cultural heritage or learn more about the diverse history of a different ethnic group.

Performing Arts Organizations
You don’t need to be a music or dance major to join one of these bands, choirs, dance troupes, or theatre groups.
