Distinguished Alumni Award

This award is based on significant contributions by alumni in their fields, and significant activity in service to their community, district, or to the university. Any alumnus receiving this award must be a holder of a Ball State degree. This requirement may be waived, however, if a non-degree nominee receives approval of two-thirds of the Alumni Council.

To nominate an alumnus for the Distinguished Alumni award, please fill out an online nomination form or download a form to print and mail in. For more information, contact Sue Taylor.

Applications are accepted throughout the year and will remain in consideration for three years. To be considered for the current year, applications should be received by February 1.
