After completing each instructional topic, the student can access the related Topic Knowledge Exam using Ball State's
InQsit training software. A minimum score of 70% is required on each Topic Knowledge Exam. Exams in which a student fails to achieve a score of 70% or more may be retaken for a $50.00 retesting fee. Each exam may be taken a maximum of three times at which time the student must re-enroll for training.
After successfully completing all of the Topic Knowledge Exams, the student is then officially recognized with a Certificate of Profieciency. Green Belt and Black Belts are required to complete a professional project in order to receive full certification. See
