The Ball State University Career Center, in partnership with the National Association of Colleges and Employers' NACElink nationwide college-recruiting system, uses Cardinal Career Link to allow you to manage your on-campus interviews. After your recruiting date has been scheduled, you will be able to post your job descriptions, view and print résumés of interested students, preselect the students you would like to interview, and view your interview schedules. All these tasks can be easily managed through Cardinal Career Link!
On-Campus Interviewing Dates for the 2009-10 School Year
Fall: September 28 through November 13
(No interviews will be conducted on October 23 because of fall break.)
Spring: February1 through March 26
(No interviews will be conducted March 7 through March 14 because of spring break.)
Scheduling an On-Campus Recruiting Visit
1. To have a positive experience recruiting Ball State University candidates, you must set your interview date four to six weeks before your preferred date. This will allow time for the Career Center to market your job opportunities more effectively.
2. Log into Cardinal Career Link at https://bsu-csm.symplicity.com/students/ with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgot password" link and a new password will be e-mailed to you. The username for the account is your e-mail address.
3. To create a Cardinal Career Link account, click the "register for the first time" link and complete the online employer profile. Once the account is approved, a password will be sent to your e-mail account.
4. Once you get to the Cardinal Career Link home page, click on the "On Campus Recruiting" tab and then click on "request a schedule."
5. Pick the date you would like to come to campus and complete the form.
