In some cases, this on-line publication only summarizes university policies, procedures, and guidelines; consequently, the text of official policies and procedures shall govern in all cases. The president and vice presidents are the only representatives of Ball State University having the authority to make any employment agreement contrary to approved policies and procedures. The university's policies, benefits, rules, and regulations are subject to unilateral change by the university without notice.
