As a student or employee of the university, you are entitled to visit the
Software & Services Downloads page to download and use various software and service offerings free of charge. Included are Symantec Antivirus, Microsoft Office, and several software programs for Mac or Windows computers.
BetaPlace Software Downloads Beta software can be described as software that is in a period of testing involving a small group of clients who try out the software and provide feedback about their experience. At Ball Sate University, the
BetaPlace is used to provide advance release of new and emerging technologies that are not yet ready for general distribution or are not yet supported by University Computing Services. Students and employees can download and use software that is listed on BetaPlace.
