Supported Products

The following recommendations apply to Ball State-owned hardware and software. This list includes products in which University Computing Services (UCS) staff have extensive experience. Employees may purchase and use software not listed below, but if you expect assistance, you are strongly encouraged to make use of UCS-recommended software and hardware packages.

UCS typically supports the current version and one previous version of supported software. All support is contingent upon the system hardware meeting the minimum requirements as specified by the software or hardware vendor.
