Incentive programs include
SUBMIT, a program providing dollars (in graduated amounts, depending on the amount of the request) to PIs for having submitted a proposal;
RESUBMIT, an individually drawn plan for resubmitting a federal proposal that had been denied; Research Incentive Accounts deriving from the
Indirect Cost Distribution Policy; and the
Cardinal Fellows Program, that supports the preparation of large, federal-level proposals.
