National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA) Grants: December 4
NCIIA grants fund programs and projects that encourage innovation and invention among students, and whose work benefits people and the environment.

Indiana Academy of Science: Welch Biodiversity Fellowship: January 22
This award is intended to support biodiversity research (e.g., surveys and systematics) of plants and their allies (e.g., algae and fungi). One award of $400.00 will be made each year.

IAC Artists with Disabilities Applications: February 10
The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) recently announced it will begin accepting grant applications for a new, federally funded component of the Individual Artist Program (IAP).

The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) recently announced that Hoosier artists in selected disciplines have until February 1, 2010 to submit applications for the IAC's Individual Artist Program (IAP) grant.

Enhancing Peer Review: Use New Resources to Prepare for Upcoming Application Changes
To align the structure and content of applications with review criteria, and shorten the length of applications, NIH will soon implement a shortened and restructured application format for submissions for FY2011 funding.

The ASPiRE Program has implemented several changes in the IRBNet submission process in an effort to make the experience more user-friendly.
