Critical Incident Response Team

When students from around the state and across the globe all live together as one college community, incidents may occur that demand prompt and effective attention and action from the university. At Ball State, this responsibility falls to the Critical Incident Response Team. This group meets weekly to discuss threats to student safety and ensures the university takes the appropriate action. Participants represent the following areas on campus:

• Department of Public Safety 
• Housing and Residence Life
• Counseling Center
• Student Organizations and Activities
• Multicultural Center
• Health Center
• University Marketing and Communications
