Calming Space Through Thoughtful Meditation

Description: A dedicated calm, quiet space is available every Friday during the semester in the Museum of Art from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. near the Amidha Buddha on the mezzanine. This self directed experience is a wonderful way to start your weekend. You can find free downloadable relaxation MP3s for your computer, iPod or other devices at www.bsu.edu/workingwell.
