Student Center Programs and Publicity Designs incorporates two versatile departments into one. Student Center Programs sponsors annual events such as Family Weekend. Each year they provide new opportunities for daytime events which bring the Ball State, Muncie, and surrounding communities together. Most events are held in the L.A. Pittenger Student Center. Student Center Programs works together with other organizations to sponsor educational and/or charitable events that invite the faculty and staff to attend as well as the student body and community.
Publicity Designs works one on one with organizations to help guide their graphic design needs as well as publicity. The annual Calendar of Events Handbook is created and distributed by Publicity Designs. Table Tent advertising posted in the Art and Journalism Building is also managed by Publicity Designs.
