Computer Store - Visit the Computer Store to learn about or buy computers, software and other technology products.

Desktop Support - Desktop support provides Local Services Providers (LSPs) to assist faculty and staff with their university-owned computers. To get help from an LSP, contact the HelpDesk.

Digital Data Services - Employees can get assistance with collecting data using an optical scanner. The most popular scanning service is exam grading.

Equipment and Projectionist Services - Faculty, staff, and students can checkout audiovisual equipment and laptops.

General Computer Labs Where students, faculty, and staff go to use an on-campus computer.

Hardware Repair - Where your computer gets fixed if there is a problem with your computer’s hardware. Desktop Support, the iCare Corner, and TechTime can refer an issue to Hardware Repair.

HelpDesk - Contact the HelpDesk for assistance with technology-related issues. The HelpDesk provide a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff who are faced with a problem or question.

Instructional Classroom Support Services (VIS) - Faculty can get help incorporating technology into their classroom.

Learning Technologies Consulting and Support Group - Employees can get help or training for the learning technology such as Blackboard, inQsit, and Web Gradebook.

TechTime - Students can schedule appointments with TechTime for help getting their computer issues resolved.

Video Network Information Center - Where employees can go to learn about and use video conferencing technology.
