Interested students should meet with Dr. Jim Coffin at the Center for International Programs (Student Center) to discuss the application process. After you have considered the program and discussed the opportunity with your family, you may submit the application (with a current transcript) and schedule a meeting with Dr. Coffin.
If accepted, you will fill out a Permission to Enroll form and submit a nominal deposit in the form of a check made payable to Ball State University. This deposit is non-refundable. Dr. Coffin will forward the form and check to the Bursar's Office and you will become an official Australia Centre student. Ball State will start billing you for the cost of the trip. You will need to register and pay tuition for the Australia Centre courses in the semester prior to the trip. For specific deposit and payment amounts or other details please contact Dr. Coffin.
