International Festival (I-Fest) has been a tradition at Ball State campus for more than 50 years. It is an educational and entertaining event for everyone in the community. I-Fest provides a fun environment for visitors to expand their cultural horizons and introduce them to cultures from around the world.
This annual festival is also an opportunity for more than 450 international students from about 90 countries represented at Ball State to share their unique cultures.
Programs and events at I-Fest include:
- display booths with countries' information, arts and crafts, photographs, and other activities for visitors
- culture show with dances, songs, poetry, and fashions
- the language corner where visitors may learn basic words and phrases
- food tasting
- presentations on special topics
