The City of Noblesville façade rehabilitation renderings, design guidelines, and façade grant manual project is interesting because it encompassed everything from strategic funding to completed drawings. It is a good example of the scope of our work in this area.
- The Center for Historic Preservation researched successful façade grant programs and used the best practice information to help the city develop three different grant programs for improve the overall design of historic commercial buildings in the downtown.
