Master's Degrees

Ball State's Department of Architecture offers three master’s degrees to help you prepare for a career in our built-environment—from self-employment to working in architecture firms to positions in government, organizations, and more.

• Master of architecture (MArch), an NAAB accredited graduate degree, leading to licensure. 
• Master of architecture II (MArch II), a graduate architecture degree, not leading to licensure. 
• Master of science in historic preservation, a graduate degree focused on historic buildings and landscapes.
