Profile Ray Montagno is currently Associate Dean of Reserach and Outreach at Ball State University and Professor of Management. He teaches courses in General Management, Human Resources, and International Management. In 1990, he was named the College of Business Professor of the Year. He has written two books and published numerous articles on Human Resources, Competitiveness, and International issues. His main interest is in the area of organizational competitiveness and innovation. Montagno has consulted with many large U.S. and multinational firms on issues relating to productivity and international competitiveness. He has also done considerable corporate training and has custom designed many corporate training programs. He is also a certified trainer for Zinger-Miller, Inc. and holds certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources. His background includes degrees in both engineering and psychology.
