Douglas Naffziger

Profile 
Douglas Naffziger is Director of the Miller College of Business International Business Program and the Chair of the Global Business Programs Group (GBP). The GBP provides supervision and expertise for the International Business major.

Naffziger has been at Ball State University since 1990. He is faculty adviser for the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi and the International Business Club. Since the late 1990s he has focused on courses in business strategy and international management. Naffziger has accompanied students on field studies to Istanbul, Turkey and Chichester, England as well as having served as the Director of Ball State University's London Centre in the fall of 2002. He has also traveled to Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Sweden, and France on behalf of Ball State. He currently serves as the Miller College's representative on various university wide programs of an international scope and as the Ball State contact person for a Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education grant.

Naffziger received a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from the University of Colorado. His primary non-teaching activities in the Miller College of Business focus on developing the International Business major, including advising students, facilitating study abroad programs, and supervising internship experiences for International Business majors.
