Brien Smith received his B.A. in Psychology in 1983, his M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 1987, and his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 1989, all from Auburn University. His research interests include job evaluation, decision making, and team building.
