Peter Campanella spent his 30-year career in management and marketing leading change. Campanella is the former CEO of World Kitchen, formerly Corning Consumer Products Company, a billion-dollar company that designs, manufactures and markets consumer kitchen products. 

Among his accomplishments, Campanella led and participated in a number of acquisitions and divestitures, was responsible for growing operating profit, doubling sales, and realigning corporate strategy. He continues to consult for start-up businesses and nonprofit organizations in leadership, marketing, and strategic organization development.
