There are lots of different options when it comes to Greek housing at Ball State. Some chapters have houses,
some have suites and others don’t have a house or a suite:

The Phi Gamma Delta and Theta Chi houses are alcohol-free houses. Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Sigma Chi and Phi Gamma Delta offer meal plans.
Fraternity men and sorority women can consider living in the house beginning their sophomore year. Most of the chapters require their members to live in the house for a specific amount of time. Since each chapter is different, you should ask questions about the housing requirements and housing related costs during recruitment.
Also, remember having a house or suite does not have anything to do with how strong or successful a chapter is. You need to choose a chapter based on how comfortable you feel there and how well their values match your own!
